There are three basic insights into the human condition that help us become more aware of how we upset ourselves. These insights are the fundamental building blocks to a rational mind. Without these insights, it's practically impossible for you to be happy or content in your lifetime.

    When you learn how your emotions are created you get the following benefits: negative emotions will be less intense, they won’t last as long, and when you get really good at using these formulas, you’ll be able to be in control of your thoughts and feelings. You become less reactive, less stressed and more at peace.

  • These formulas work the same way for everyone.

    How much the formulas work for you depends on how much effort you give it and how much you implement what you learn into your daily habits. 

    We recommend taking the course all the way through more than once, and then coming back to it as needed for at least a few months.

  • These formulas are not math! They are as easy as learning your ABC’s. Not only is it not hard to learn these formulas, it’s much harder to try living your life without these formulas. We’ve had 10-year-old’s learn these formulas!

  • When you go to the formulas, and do the steps, you can feel better from any negative emotion in moments. Long term change requires consistently using the formulas to dispute your negative emotions every time they come up. It’s a practice and a new way of thinking, it’s not a quick fix.

    We can teach you the steps, and doing the steps is up to you. We are like a fitness instructor, we can show you the moves, but you have to show up to work out day in and day out over time.

    Only you can retrain your brain. You may get better quickly, slowly, stay the same, or get worse.
