  • While this is not a replacement for in-person counseling or therapy, we have had a lot of students get significant results by taking the course alone.  

    If you are seeing a counselor or therapist weekly or monthly, this video course is an excellent resource to watch in between sessions. 

    Anything that helps you understand how your emotions are created and how to manage them can only help you in every aspect of life.

  • Pain in life is going to happen, but emotional suffering can be managed and controlled.

    The purpose of this course is so that the next time you feel anger, anxiety, guilt, and depression you will have the tools to deal with it. You can go to the chapter and start to feel better anytime, any place.

    That being said, the dictionary definition of the word cure is as follows: verb

    1. relieve a person of the symptoms of a disease or condition.

  • The course is comprised of 10 chapters of videos, animations and reading made by Dr. Parr and his team.

    When you learn how your emotions are created you get the following benefits: negative emotions will be less intense, they won’t last as long, and when you get really good at using these formulas, you’ll be able to be in control of your thoughts and feelings. You become less reactive, less stressed and more at peace.

  • These formulas work the same way for everyone.

    How much the formulas work for you depends on how much effort you give it and how much you implement what you learn into your daily habits. 

    We recommend taking the course all the way through more than once, and then coming back to it as needed for at least a few months.

  • These formulas aren’t math! They are as easy as learning your ABC’s. Not only is it not hard to learn these formulas, it’s much harder to try living your life without these formulas. 

  • When you go to the formulas, and do the steps, you can feel better from any negative emotion in moments. Long term change requires consistently using the formulas to dispute your negative emotions every time they come up. It’s a practice and a new way of thinking, it’s not a quick fix.

    We can teach you the steps, and doing the steps is up to you. We are like a fitness instructor, we can show you the moves, but you have to show up to work out day in and day out over time.

    Only you can retrain your brain. You may get better quickly, slowly, stay the same, or get worse.
